It’s Saturday night, which means we’ve been back in Taichung for almost four days now. There’s a 7-11 around the corner from my parents’ condo here in Taichung. (Actually, for clarification, there’s a 7-11 pretty much on every other corner in Taiwan.) I went in there to grab a drink the other night and saw this little dude, just chillin’ in the fridge:

If you know me at all, then you understand how huge this is.

Then I saw the price tag ($35 Taiwanese = just over $1 American), and I knew coming back to Taichung was the right decision. Sadly, the can was mislabeled, and it was actually $59. But that’s still cheaper than single cans of Diet Red Bull in the United States.
